leadership vacancies on our national steering committee. The OUTfront Program is Amnesty’s program and membership network on lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) human rights. Successful candidates must have a demonstrated commitment to LGBT human rights.
Members of the national steering committee are responsible for working with program staff to shape and direct the priorities and goals of the OUTfront Program. As a working group, steering committee members commit to contributing approximately 2 – 5 hours per week on the implementation of program objectives. Responsibilities also include participation in monthly conference calls and traveling to regional and national events. Steering committee members serve a three-year term.
